Registration

Patients can register to our practice by completing a new patient registration form. Please phone our reception team who will be more than happy to assist with this.

The Best Way To Pay

Here at O’Farrell & Staunton, we require a deposit to secure your private dental appointment. After your mouth has been examined by the dentist, you can be given a treatment plan and an estimate of how much your treatment will cost. You may pay for your dental care by cash or credit/debit card.

NHS patients may be asked to pay a small, refundable deposit to secure their appointment, at the discretion of the reception team.

Comments About Our Service

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your dental care and treatment received and would be happy to recommend our services to others. If not, please let us know so that we can rectify the cause for dissatisfaction and improve our services. You can request a copy of the practice complaints procedure from staff at reception, who will be happy to explain the procedure in detail and deal with any concerns you may have. We also conduct quarterly patient questionnaires to help us improve aspects of the care that we provide.

The arrangements for respecting confidentiality

Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about our patients is treated with the strictest of confidence. The practice has a policy for our patient confidentiality and all information and records are kept securely.

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given a charge will be applied/or deposit lost.

Disability Compliance

Wheelchair bound patients can be examined on the ground floor. Toilet facilities are also available.

Medical History

All patients are required to complete a medical history before any examinations can take place. If you are taking any medication or are undergoing any medical treatment it is important that you make your dentist aware of this.
